This week we are attending the World of Art Materials show in Orlando. We will be grabbing lots of great little videos from the show and sharing them with you in the coming weeks!
It’s has been a fun week here at Art Supply Videos. We posted the Speedball Factory Tour a few days ago and have had over 100 views per day. I realize that isn’t a viral video by any stretch but I am encouraged that our view rate is increasing so nicely over some of our original launches. We have more followers than ever on YouTube and Twitter and artists are beginning to find our videos.
Next week we will be attending “trade only” show called the “World of Art Materials” in Orlando Florida. The trade association has given us permission to bring in our video camera and grab some shots from around the show. We hope to bring you lots of quick reviews of some of the newest items being launched this year!
In two weeks we are heading to Logan Graphic Products, makers of mat cutting and framing tools. We’ll take a look at their factory and warehouse and show you how they build some of their most popular mat cutters! Perhaps by the first of June we’ll have this video ready to roll out!
Thanks for supporting Art Supply Videos and if you are watching our videos on YouTube, don’t forget to share the videos and subscribe to our channnel!
I just finished editing another factory tour video. I have a few final touches and should be posting our tour of Speedball Art Products in just about a week! Stay tuned…
Over the past month since we first launched this blog and our YouTube channel Art Supply Videos has published 4 videos. It is our hope to post about the same number each month. We are working on two videos about canvas. One which talks about the pros and cons of various stretching techniques. The other tries to clear up some of the confusion around types of canvases used in stretched canvas and the various ways canvas is pre-coated. We also have a video coming that talks about plastic. You might be surprised at how much we have to say about clear film, so stay tuned! If there is something you want to see, please let us know in the comments.
We are very pleased to announce the launch of a brand new YouTube channel for Art Supply Videos.
We have a couple of great factory tours up on the channel. The Escoda Brush factory and Grafix. In just a few days we are looking forward to adding Masterpiece Artist Canvas!
Our channel will feature a variety of videos about art supplies. The primary focus will be on product information. We hope you find our videos useful and interesting. Please drop a commenI with any ideas you have for future content. Thanks! Rick
